Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Easy Invoice ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply between you ("User") and CodeYantra Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Upon purchasing a valid license, CodeYantra Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use Easy Invoice on your devices for your personal or business invoicing purposes.

• 1-Year License (₹3,999): Valid for 12 months from the date of activation
• 5-Year License (₹14,999): Valid for 60 months from the date of activation
• License is tied to a single business/user — not for resale or sub-licensing

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or your license key
• Use the App to generate fraudulent GST invoices or evade taxes
• Attempt to bypass or crack any licensing protection mechanism
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable Indian laws or GST regulations

4. Updates & Future Features

We continuously improve Easy Invoice. Active license holders may receive updates during their license validity period including bug fixes, new invoice templates, and feature additions.

The upcoming Cloud Sync feature will allow invoicing from mobile and multiple devices. This will be rolled out as an update — active license holders will receive access as part of their existing plan.

5. GST Compliance Disclaimer

Easy Invoice is a tool designed to assist with GST invoicing. However:

• The App does not constitute professional tax advice
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with the GST Act and applicable rules
• We recommend verifying HSN codes and tax rates with a qualified CA or tax consultant
• CodeYantra Technologies is not liable for any tax penalties arising from invoice errors

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeYantra Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Easy Invoice shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current license.

7. Termination

Your license will automatically terminate at the end of your purchased validity period. We may also terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or our website.
