Your privacy is our top priority. Easy Invoice stores all your business data — invoices, ledgers, party details — 100% locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or share your data with any server or third party.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Easy Invoice application ("App") developed and published by CodeYantra Technologies ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Easy Invoice is currently a Windows desktop application. A cloud-sync feature is planned for a future update, and this policy will be updated accordingly before that release.
Currently, Easy Invoice collects no data from you. All information you enter into the App (invoices, customer details, products, GST numbers, ledgers) is stored exclusively on your local device storage.
We are building a Cloud Sync feature that will allow you to access your invoices across multiple devices including mobile. When this feature is released:

Easy Invoice is a business application intended for adults (18+) running businesses. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially when new features like Cloud Sync are released. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
