At CodeYantra Technologies, we want you to be completely satisfied with Easy Invoice. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for license purchases.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these refund terms.

2. Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of license purchase. Refund requests raised after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible.

3. When Refunds Are Granted / Not Granted

Eligible for Refund

App fails to install on your Windows system despite following our support steps
Core billing features are completely non-functional and we cannot fix within 72 hours
You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
License key was never delivered after payment confirmation

Not Eligible for Refund

You changed your mind after purchase
You purchased the wrong plan (we can help you upgrade/adjust)
You did not use the App during your license period
Request raised after 7 days of purchase
Dissatisfaction with a specific design preference or template style
License was shared or misused in violation of Terms of Service

Refund Processed Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your license will be deactivated upon refund
