This Privacy Policy applies to the Easy Invoice application ("App") developed and published by CodeYantra Technologies ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Easy Invoice is a billing, invoicing, stock, purchase, payment, and reporting application for businesses. The App can store data locally on your device and may sync or back up data to our cloud systems when cloud sync, backup, restore, or signed-in features are used.

2. Data We Collect

Easy Invoice may collect and store the information you enter or generate while using the App, including:

• Business profile details such as business name, address, phone number, GSTIN, and invoice settings
• Customer and supplier details such as names, phone numbers, addresses, GSTINs, balances, and ledger records
• Invoice, quotation, purchase order, delivery challan, purchase invoice, expense, payment, and receipt records
• Product, stock, HSN, tax rate, pricing, warehouse, and inventory movement information
• Account or sign-in details required to provide cloud sync, backup, restore, subscription, or support features

3. Local Storage, Cloud Sync, and Backup

Easy Invoice is designed to work with local business records. If you enable cloud sync, backup, restore, or use signed-in features, selected app data may be uploaded to our cloud database and storage service providers, including Supabase, so that your records can be synced across your supported devices and restored when needed.

• Cloud sync is used to keep your business records available across signed-in devices
• Backup and restore features help recover your data if you reinstall the App or change devices
• Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections
• You remain responsible for ensuring that the business data you enter is accurate and lawful

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your business data. We may process data with trusted service providers only when required to operate the App, provide cloud sync, backup, restore, subscription, support, security, or legal compliance.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our services, or the public.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. Cloud sync and backup data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we also recommend:

• Keeping your phone, desktop, and App updated
• Using a secure device lock and protecting your sign-in credentials
• Reviewing shared PDF invoices, reports, and exports before sending them to others

6. Data Control, Export, and Deletion

You can manage, edit, delete, export, print, or share many records directly inside the App. To request account-level data deletion, cloud backup deletion, export help, or privacy support, use our Easy Invoice account deletion page or contact us at support@codeyantra.in.

We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Easy Invoice is a business application intended for adults (18+) running businesses. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App, laws, or business requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
