PAYASI MISHRA VANSHAVALI

From Rishi tradition to your own generation.

Our family's lineage, carried forward through generations, now a secure digital heritage. Vanshavali preserves one single, existing family record — the Payasi Mishra Vanshavali of Vatsa Gotra — and helps family members joining it find their correct place in it.

Positioning

Roots and lineage, kept honestly separate.

The Rishi-Gotra tradition and the recorded family lineage are never shown as a single, straight line of descent. Vatsa Gotra is tradition and identity; the documented Payasi Mishra Vanshavali is recorded genealogy. The app keeps the two layers distinct instead of blending tradition into fact.

Careful claim

Google Sign-In identifies an account — it is never treated as genealogy proof by itself. A family member's place in the Vanshavali is only ever confirmed through separate, source-backed verification.

Our Principles

What this platform will never do

Written down early, so they stay true as the project grows.

Always free for family

No subscriptions or paywalls for family members, ever.

No ads, no feed, no likes

This is a record to preserve, not a social feed to engage with.

No paid verification

Support is optional and never affects verification, visibility or access.

Source visible, always

Every record's source and evidence status is clearly shown — documented, source-supported, traditional, or disputed.
