Delete your SarthAi account

You can request deletion of your SarthAi account and associated data by email, without signing in to the app.

How to request deletion

Email support@codeyantra.in from the email address registered with your SarthAi account.
Use the subject SarthAi account deletion request.
State that you want your SarthAi account and all associated data deleted. If you signed in with Google, use that Google account's email address.

This button opens a draft in your email app. Send the email to submit your request. If it does not open, compose the email manually using the address and subject above.

Do not send your password or verification codes. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support for help verifying account ownership.

What data does the request cover?

Your SarthAi account and profile details, including your name, email address, and any optional phone number or profile photo.
Your stored chat history and account preferences.

Account deletion is permanent. Save anything you want to keep before requesting deletion.

What happens next?

Support will review your request and may ask you to verify ownership of the account. As stated in the SarthAi Privacy Policy, we respond to deletion requests within 30 days, and your profile and stored chat history are permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion.
